Heritage Village
Reconstruction Project

On May 19, 2008 reconstruction began on Heritage Village after a 10-year+ lawsuit with the builder for shoddy construction. The reconstruction project which will repair/replace asphalt, concrete and drainage, decks, roofs, siding, gutters and paint is planned for completion in the summer of 2009.

The Heritage Village Owners' Association Board of Directors contracted Reconstruction Experts, Inc. to manage the reconstruction project.
